Regular/Routine Service: $85 per document 

  • One (1) Service Address
  • Includes 4 attempts - first attempt is done in 3 - 5 days
  • Includes the return of service 

  • E-Filing within Texas State Courts - no cost (unless required to render payment)

Posting of Document: $85 per document

  • One (1) Service Address
  • 4 attempts - first attempt is done in 3 - 5 days
  • Proof of Service

Delivery of Letter: $85 per document

  • One (1) Service Address
  • 4 attempts - first attempt is done in 3 - 5 days
  • Proof of Service

Temporary Restraining Order:

  • $150ea - Regular Service first attempt done 3-5 days

Moderate / Priority Service:  $15 extra

  • First attempt will be done 1 - 2 days after receiving the document(s)

Rush Service: $35 extra

  • First attempt will be done the same day of receiving the document(s)

Certified Mail : $60 per document (+mailing fee)

  • One (1) Service Address
  • Return of Service

Nationwide Service: $35 per service + the sub-hired process server fee

  • Payment upfront required 
  • Manage the process in another County or State

Skip-Trace Search Fee : $15 per search

  • Search for person, phone numbers, vehicle license plate, Driver License, assets, etc....
  • Copy of the report

Other:

  • $25 per subsequent address

  • Printing fee if document(s) exceeds 50 pages

  • $10.00 for each additional attempt
